Films for bars

Chocolate bars with a partial cold-sealing or cereal / wellness bars with quick sealing film up to so-called fitness- or pharmabars with a hot sealing film: films for sweet products, cereals, fruits etc. these are our standards.

Whether you require a mono or o multiple layer film – we are able to offer you the perfect packaging for your product being able to ensure highest protection of your product and maintaining quality. Special demands of your product on the film will be taken into account, like barriers against humidity, light, air, aroma, etc. and requirements on the handling of the film, like hot or cold sealings.

The bars will be converted on horizontal flow pack machines with different sealing temperatures.

Materials:

• OPP as a mono film
• OPP/OPP as a multilayer
• OPPS / PE as a multilayer
• Individual solutions and films depending on the application

Sealable monofilms and other multilayer films in white, transparent or metallised version. With or without a barrier / lamiantion. Various thicknesses (multilayer films are variable).
